Sammy, this wedding canopy design is inspired by the Jewish papercuts I suggested at our recent meeting. It will be a 7'-0 " x 7'-6" piece of china silk on poles ( 9' back, 8' front) painted with the pattern shown here. My hope is that Ken will be able to down light it casting a warm glow on Motel and Tzeitel. Depending, it might be beautiful to also cast a gobo pattern like this on be floor on the wedding party and perhaps some sort of projection on the cyc. All four canopies shown below are the same except for the background color.
